Following on from the first Park force day a second date has been arranged on the 26th May 2012. Anyone is welcome, meeting at the car park next to Norgas House accessed via Northumbrian Way.
Aim of the day:
To continue with the clean up of the area restoring the area to its former condition, the council will be on hand providing advice and equipment for the day with hopefully local business supporting the event.
The local brownies are also helping out, tasks will be specifically arranged for children with educational purpose.
It’s great to see the support behind these events with the local community wanting to get their hands dirty and help with restoration.
